Step 1. Open Google Groups

Step 2. Create a new group (see image below)

Step 3. Select a group type (Q&A forum- see image below)

Step 4. Now a new group is created. Open the group and go to group setting (see image below) copy html code.

Step 5. Create a page and go to html editor, paste copied html code and page name to forum. example: http://www.bwidgets4all.com/p/forum.html

You can edit height and width according to your page settings.
